勃起硬度没问题可以考虑一下喷雾什么的，主要是类似麻药的感觉，你的体验感会差一点，或者带那种持久的套子，相对来说厚一点，体验感都会差，然后可以在做的时候分散自己的注意力，不要老是想着一些容易鸡儿动的事，想一下别的。如果非要吃的话，开始建议四分之一或者二分之一，不要吃一整个，吃药以后不应期会缩短，就是射完以后很快还会勃起，但是之后会觉得鸡儿酸疼之类的，而且服用药物之后可能会有头晕恶心的负面buff
