作为一个专业人士来说，你的三高都可能和肥胖有关，所以，还是尽量不要吃垃圾食品、油炸食品、油腻甜食这类，内脏、海鲜、鸡蛋等含脂和胆固醇高的少吃，不能吃腌卤及咸食物。
如果你尿酸也高的话，可能需要到内分泌科看看，有没有代谢紊乱综合征。
