是一部可以独立成片的作品，即使没有看过《太平轮（上）》，也一样可以明白剧情。徐克操刀剪辑的版本纳入了半小时的前情，人物的命运有条不紊地展现在观众面前，足见创作方为了《彼岸》是花了心思的。事实上，如果没有上集，直接发行《彼岸》的话，或许会更符合市场的期待
