I think it may be other problems than the temperature. If it is indeed the temperature the notebook should only switch off the laptop and not restart. I believe it could be anything from drivers, virus to hardware...... are you sure there is no driver or virus problem?

我的hp碰到时就去送修了 得到的答复是主板过热烧坏了  楼主看看是不是机器用得太久烧坏了

一般来说 是不是过热保护了现在天热了 要不就配一个散热底座吧

内存出现问题了吧，检查硬件，重装系统，看看能不能解决。

我曾经遇到过，最后检查是主板的某个部件损坏了，建议送到专业人士检查一下。

你是用电池的还是插电源的。先系统最少化，看是不是系统的问题，再试电池。

这个就难说了，也许是散热问题可以买个电扇，也许是软件故障可以重装系统，也许是硬件问题哦

第一检查是否有病毒
第二散热是否通畅
第三电压是否稳定~
