Snow Patrol(雪地巡游者)是一支典型的Brit-pop乐队，有着清澈的吉他和温暖的旋律。和如今已是大名鼎鼎的Belle&Sebastian一样，两支乐队都曾签约英国厂牌Jeepster，并且都具有典型的“Jeepster气质”——简单淳朴，平实低调。
Snow Patrol(雪地巡游者) 成立于苏格兰，是格林美奖被提名的另类摇滚乐队。他们成员大半来自美国缅因州班戈县(Bangor) 和 北爱尔兰的贝尔法斯特。他们以苏格兰第二大城市格拉斯哥为根据地，并签约公司Polydor Records。最初Snow Patrol只是一隧独立摇滚乐队，但因为"Run"、 "Chasing Cars"等等歌曲成功作为主流音乐，近年来他们寻求更多另类摇滚的元素。最近的代表有蜘蛛侠3的主题曲"Signal Fire".
